can include, but are not limited to the following:
Immediate-release and sustained-release components for the same or different drug compounds. (Applicable when a large amount of the immediate-release drug component is required thereby preventing it from being applied in the coating, or a very small amount of immediate-release drug is required and content uniformity is an issue.)
